TRANSPARENT DENTAL CARE
DENTAL INSURANCE & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Helping you understand dental insurance and payment options in Warren, NJ, your benefits, and the value of personalized dental care.
OUR APPROACH
Personalized Care Comes First
We believe treatment decisions should be based on what is best for your oral health—not dictated by insurance limitations. Our team is committed to helping you understand your benefits, estimate costs whenever possible, and answer your questions with honesty and transparency.
INSURANCE PARTICIPATION
We believe it’s important to be transparent about dental insurance and payment options so you can make informed decisions before scheduling your visit.
Delta Dental
Delta Dental Premier
We participate as a Delta Dental Premier provider. Patients with Delta Dental Premier coverage receive Premier network benefits. Patients with Delta Dental PPO plans are also welcome and generally benefit from our contracted Delta Dental fee schedule, although benefit levels vary based on the specific plan. We’re happy to explain how your individual plan may apply to your visit.
PPO Insurance Plans
Most PPO Plans
We are an out-of-network provider with most PPO dental insurance plans. Many of our patients have dental benefits through insurers such as Aetna, MetLife, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, and others. In many cases, these plans include valuable out-of-network benefits. As a courtesy, we’ll submit your claims electronically so you can maximize the benefits available under your plan.
Plans We Do Not Participate With
We do not participate with:
- Medicare dental plans
- Medicaid dental plans
- HMO or DHMO dental plans
However, patients with Medicare supplemental dental benefits are welcome. We’ll gladly review the information available with your supplemental plan and submit claims when applicable.
Not sure what type of plan you have?
Our team is happy to review your insurance information and explain how your benefits may apply before your visit. Simply have your dental insurance card available when you call, and we’ll take it from there.
UNDERSTANDING DENTAL INSURANCE
Dental insurance can be confusing—and every plan is different. While your benefits can help reduce the cost of care, they’re only one part of the picture. Our team is here to help you understand your coverage, answer your questions, and help you make informed decisions about your oral health.
Dental Insurance Is A Benefit
Dental insurance is designed to help offset the cost of preventive and restorative care, but it typically covers only a portion of treatment expenses. Most plans include annual maximums, deductibles, waiting periods, and coverage limitations.
Every Plan Is Different
Coverage varies from one employer and insurance company to another. Because every plan is different, our team will review your benefits and help estimate your coverage whenever possible before treatment begins.
Your Health Comes First
We believe treatment recommendations should be based on what is best for your oral health—not simply what an insurance plan chooses to cover. We’ll always discuss your options openly so you can make the decision that’s right for you.
