Behind every exceptional patient experience is a team working together with purpose, and she is passionate about helping guide patients through every step of their journey—from the first phone call to the completion of treatment—ensuring they feel informed, respected, and genuinely cared for.
As Director of Operations, Nicole oversees the many systems that help The Star Dental Group deliver a seamless patient experience, including practice operations, patient communication, team development, and marketing. She is continually looking for new ways to improve every aspect of the patient journey, from refining office workflows to developing patient education resources and the practice website.
Nicole’s greatest passion is advocating for patients. Whether helping navigate complex insurance questions or improving communication, her goal is for every patient to feel confident that someone is looking out for their best interests.
